PWC Wristband ("PWC", "we", "us") is a Lahore, Pakistan based manufacturer and supplier of event wristbands, ID cards, lanyards, LED / DMX wristbands and related printing, in business since 2015. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website pwcwristband.com, our customer management system (CRM) at crm.pwcwristband.com, our social media pages and WhatsApp, how we use it and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible

2. Data we collect
- Enquiry and quotation data you give us through forms, email, phone, WhatsApp or social media messages: name, company, job title, phone number, email address, city / delivery address, event details, product requirements, artwork and files you send.
- Business records: quotations, orders, invoices, payments received, delivery details and our communication history with you. For tax invoices we may record your company's NTN / STRN.
- Technical data when you visit the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
- Facebook / Meta data: if you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, or interact with our posts or ads, we receive your public profile name, your message and the information you choose to share. Our staff use Facebook Login only to connect PWC's own Facebook Page and Instagram account to our CRM so that we can publish posts and read replies and results. We do not use Facebook Login to sign customers in and we do not collect your Facebook password.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Please do not send us CNIC copies, bank card numbers or passwords through forms or social media.
3. How we use your data
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, take and produce orders, deliver goods, issue invoices and receive payments.
- To keep records required by Pakistani tax and company law.
- To send you updates about your quotation or order by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To improve our website, products and service, and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To protect our website and forms from spam and abuse (for example Cloudflare Turnstile security checks).
- With your consent, to send you offers about our products. You can opt out at any time.
We use your data because it is needed to answer your request or to perform a contract with you, because of a legal obligation, because of our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, or with your consent.
4. Our CRM and website
Enquiries from the website and messages to our pages are stored in PWC's own CRM, hosted on servers we rent in a secure data centre. Access is limited to authorised PWC staff with personal logins and two-factor authentication, and every access to sensitive records is logged. Quotations and invoices we send you are protected PDF files with a verification code you can check at pwcwristband.com/v/.
5. Cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies:
- Essential cookies needed for the website and forms to work and for security.
- Meta Pixel (Pixel ID 1788596622484258) by Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells us which visits come from our Facebook and Instagram ads, lets us measure enquiries and lets Meta show our ads to people who visited our website. Meta may combine this with other data it has about you under its own Privacy Policy. You can control ad settings at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (pages viewed, time on site, device type), and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing to measure and show our ads. See how Google uses data; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or at adssettings.google.com.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly without essential cookies.
6. WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp (0331-3147000) your phone number, profile name and messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We use WhatsApp to answer your enquiry and to send quotation, order and delivery updates, sometimes with a secure link to your document. We record the conversation summary in our CRM. Tell us "STOP" at any time and we will not message you again except about an open order.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with: courier and delivery companies (name, phone, address), our hosting, email and security providers, payment banks, Meta and Google for the services described above, our professional advisers, and government or tax authorities when the law requires. Some of these providers may process data outside Pakistan with suitable safeguards.
8. How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not become an order: up to 3 years after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Quotations, orders, invoices and payment records: as long as required by Pakistani tax and company law (normally at least 6 years), then deleted.
- Website analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics (maximum 14 months) and Meta.
- Artwork files: up to 2 years after the order so that repeat orders match, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of sensitive fields at rest, access control by role, two-factor login for staff, activity logs and regular backups. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will inform you as required if a breach affects you.
10. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, stop marketing messages, or object to its use. Email info@pwcwristband.com. We will answer within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example tax invoices) cannot be deleted before the legal period ends. To delete data received through Facebook or Instagram, see our Data Deletion instructions.
11. Law and changes
This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
